Founded by husband-and-wife team Colin and Jenn Ellsworth, TEC brings both operational expertise and a people-first approach to every engagement. Colin leads with decades of experience in process improvement and strategic operations. Jenn brings clarity, empathy, and a gift for seeing what others overlook. Together, we help clients move forward with confidence, supported by systems that fit the business they’ve worked so hard to build.
